Restorative Yoga for Sleep

A variety of issues can contribute poor sleep, but it can generally be traced back to an over-stimulation of the nervous system. This workshop includes a discussion on sleep routines, holistic sleep practices, the use of essential oils, and learning restorative poses to better ground you and ease the body into a restful sleep.

Participants will receive a calming tea blend to take home!

Restorative Yoga is a deeply relaxing style of yoga practice. In a deep state of relaxation you can “let go” of holding patterns created in the body and mind and restore balance in these areas.
