Come find out about mindful eating and how you can benefit right away. We will introduce tips to easily be more conscious and satisfied with your choices. RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, Christine Kramer will share some basic yoga poses for balance. Find a sitter for the kids, this time is for you! Prepare to have fun, be empowered and refreshed.
Dr. Christine Zorad has been practicing chiropractic for over 30yrs and offers chiropractic services with a focus on long term health development as well as prevention and relief of physical pain and issues. She practices a gentle technique that works with the nervous system to create balance.
